The 40+ member sales force maintains deep relationships with the retail community in the territories we serve. With the help of vendor sales teams, our partnerships drive sales growth through increased distribution, improved SKU penetration, and well-executed specials and promotions.
To ensure that accurate orders leave our warehouses, our highly-trained and incentivized warehouse staff works hard to make sure each and every order is correct.

Every year, Pet Food Experts offers an opportunity for retailers and vendors to meet at our annual Customer Appreciation Buying Shows. Currently taking place in our Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Pacific Northwest territories, these events give retailers the opportunity to take advantage of our best deals of the year and one-on-one product education from manufacturers.
